Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ZAYAN STORE, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We offer FREE Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • After you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email/SMS.

  • Our customer support team will also give you a confirmation call or WhatsApp message within 24 hours. Please note that your order will only be dispatched after it has been verified over the phone/messages.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer 100% Free Shipping all over Pakistan. There are no hidden delivery charges.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times may be slightly affected during extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or mega sale events.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website (e.g., Trax, PostEx, Leopards) to track your parcel's live location.

5. Incomplete Addresses

  • To avoid any delivery delays, please ensure that you provide your complete house address, street number, and an active mobile number when checking out.
