7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Important: Please make a clear unboxing video when opening the parcel. This helps us process claims for damaged or missing items smoothly.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at zayanahad895@gmail.com with your order number and the unboxing video/pictures of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for sending the item back to us via any local courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately at our own expense.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns based on a "change of mind." Returns are only applicable if the product has a genuine fault or does not match the description. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (e.g., trimmers, beauty products) for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item to you.

Refunds (Cash on Delivery Orders) Since our store operates on Cash on Delivery (COD), we cannot refund money to a credit card. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be transferred directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account within 3 to 5 business days.
